I just wanted to share an awesomely positive experience I had with Marcus (http://www.heeltoeauto.com). I purchased a part through the black market and later realized that it didn't fit my car (obviously my fault). I contacted Marcus to see if he could help me out, even though I didn't purchase from him. Not only did he not hesitate to help, he responded to all of my communications extremely quickly! I forced him to accept a small restocking fee for the trouble and I covered the shipping costs.

But seriously? This is the best customer service I've ever received from any place. I know that people on the site already have a high opinion of him and I wanted to add to the rapport he's built with my little story.

As an aside, if you have a 6MT and don't have the HT Spec Shift kit, what the heck are you waiting for?

Yes. Notice how I said I forced him to accept a restocking fee. He just wanted me to cover shipping. I basically said "shut up and take my money!", but politely.

yup...marcus and the guys at heeltoe helped me out a ton when i ordered my coils. they're awesome

 

It's nice to hear our vendors are stand up! I'm sure they appreciate the compliment.

 

I wanted to say another vendor on here offered me an incredible deal on some parts I needed to get my car going. This was right after the IRS started garnishing almost $4k a month out of my pay checks and money was very tight. The price had to be at his cost, he was basically giving me the parts to help me out of a bad situation so I would have a car to drive.

I think we have A+ vendors, especially these two.

 

the HT Spec coils I had on my 06 TL I got from him and had him do the install as well. very good customer service and very prompt service. having gone through that makes me sometimes wish i still had my TL.

 

^would you like another tl? we can do a trade for the gtr!

I concur; he has always been generous with his time and patient with my many questions.
