should i wait..?

my dealer says that he has a ssm/ebony 6speed/navi coming in in about 10 days.....
and a antracite/ebony 6speed/navi about 4weeks....
i really prefer the antracite...the splash guards seem to blend in more....

what would you do..?

Neither. Ask your dealer to locate the car you want and trade for it. They can search several states in minutes. Some dealers or sales reps don't really want to make the effort, since the car basically sells itself anyway. If your dealer won't do it, a few phone calls will find you a more motivated dealer who is willing to work with you.

Agreed, but if you must choose.. I would wait for the car you truly want. 4 weeks isn't long to wait for the car you want. Don't 'settle', otherwise you will be reminded of it every time you get in the car or see another Anthracite drive past you.

If you need a car now, buy what you can get. If you don't actually need it, why would you settle for something less than what you really want? Do you really think it's wise to spend more than $30,000 and not get what you want?

I agree...totally worth the wait to get the car you really want!! Considering how much you're spending, get the color you want.

Maybe it's a regional thing, but in NY it's hard to find anthracite/NAV and if a dealer has one they don't want to give it up as there's always a waiting list for them.

I just had to make the same choice. I've been waiting a long time for an anthracite/ebony/NAV (5AT) and have about another 2 weeks to go. My dealer just got in a ssm/ebony/NAV and it was very tempting because I love that color, but I'm really set on the anthracite so I decided to wait a little longer.

Who's did you buy from?
