Question Should I get the A-spec?

Hi. I'm in the market for a new TL. I am considering getting the A-spec mod. I like the idea of a tighter ride (sports suspension) and especially the looks of the underbody spoilers / air-effects.

Yes, definitely. I had the full A-Spec package and it was a significant improvement (in terms of ride and handling) over the standard TL.

Good luck.

Not sure how much your dealer will charge you, but you might be able to get a better deal if you buy the kit separately after you buy the car. If you decide to get it from the dealer make sure you ask your original wheels, suspension back since you are paying the entire price for the a-spec kit.

IMO, a-spec & RSB make the car handle much better. To me it's definitely worth the $.

I don't care for the body kit, so I just got the suspension and wheels. IMO the stock suspension is weak and some type of upgrade is a must

RSB = Rear Sway Bar, which usually means the aftermarket Comptech (anti-) sway bar for the rear wheels/suspension.

I totally agree. I never considered the full Aspec because I didn't think it looked that good. Now that I've been driving my car a couple of months, I'm wishing it felt more solid. The stock suspension is still great, if you just like a smooth quiet ride. It allows you to drive fast without really feeling it.
