Shift knob

So my shift knob on my car is wearing out a little bit it's a 6 speed and I was going to replace it with the factory one and I called my local Acura dealer and they wanted a 108.00 for a little knob wow...Does anyone have a good spot to pick one up???

I see it is $67 for the '05 shift knob. Does the knob thread to the shaft or does it go down lower in the shifter assy? I just turned mine ccw to see if it would loosen and it seemed like more was turning than just the knob......
The pic in the parts link makes that look different though.
