Service question

Hey all before you guy go on and say search is your friend, i tried searching. no help. My TL is telling me Service due A13

What the hell does that mean?

how many quarts would i need for the trany fluids?

Per our manuals, the capacity is 7.6 qts and you can drain out 3.1 at a time. If the dealer does the 3 drain and fill method, you should have approximately 80% new ATF.
