Select/Reset Button

That button has a back light too right? Could someone do me a favor and double check. For the life of me I can't remember if it was ever lit or not. I think I may have a light out in my dash.

I have a couple lights out in my dash. Are these easy to replace...other than having to remove dash components to get to them???
