I love the look of the base TL aspec kit in the back. Much moreso than the type S kit. So thinking about it, I think I can achieve that look just by painting the very bottom part of my back bumper black. I photoshopped what I hope it to look like. Does anyone know the best way to paint an already painted (small part of a) car? And secondly, do you think this looks good? I think I love it.....but is it doable? Do I need to call Maaco? Should I? Thanks

 

do you mean the 04-06 TL aspec bumper? If so, you could get it painted phantom grey (I think thats it) between the exhausts and call it a day.

 

Get what painted phantom grey? The aspec kit? Thats not what I'm talking about. I want to paint the car as it is, aspec bumperless.
