Second timing belt change - when?
I don't have my owner's manual handy, so could someone tell me when the 2nd timing belt change on a 3G is due (specifically for an '04, if that makes a difference). I know the first one is around 105k, but can't remember if the next is in another 100k miles or if it's in another 60k miles.

The totally correct answer is : when the MID tells you (a "4").
There is no mileage listed for timing belt changes for 3G TLs, although the "4" usually shows up around 105K. I haven't heard of anyone that has enough mileage to get the "4" a second time, but I'd assume it will come around 210K.

Team Owner
I can't remember his username but there's a member that's not too far from his 3rd T-belt change. The title is something like "200,000 mile update" and it's very detailed.
Assuming your first t-belt change included the water pump, idle, and tensioner pullies you can add another 105K after the first change.
Have you adjusted the valves yet?
