Searching for first TL, can mileage be too LOW?

Bought it for $10,500 last October with 118,5xx, has 119, 356 as of today. Doing this next week...I guess I'm not sure it's ALL OEM, as I think Yamada is now the water pump, and not sure on the belt, my 07 5AT has had the mitsuboshi belt since it was changed at 102,000 (has 179,800 now) But confident in the Koyo's. Not pictured is the THH-009 Aisin Thermostat that will be put in as well. Any other work recommended on the 08?
Came in at $644.70 at my trusted shop labor wise. With $230 in parts that I obviously provided I was naive years ago and had this done on my old 05 base TL at Acura...$2130'ish. *dummy*

OP here returning with an update. I didn't buy the 40K-mile Type-S for sale near me – and I'm glad I didn't. Thanks to everyone's advice and @860_TypeS posting the link, I bought @jim1234664's 2007 Type-S 5AT last weekend. He and the previous owner have done an excellent job caring for it since new, and it came with useful extras and up-to-date maintenance at a price that reflected it's value. I drove the 400 miles back from Buffalo to CT on a single tank of gas with a smile on my face! Thanks to Jim's upkeep and mods, this Type-S handles and rides better than the low mileage one I drove. I love the power on tap and the comfort for cruising, and it has the best audio system of any car I've ever owned. I'm thinking of starting an ownership thread for my first Acura here in this forum (if that's a thing people do). Maybe I'll call it "Let's get Kinetic"...
Picture taken on my way out of town after the sale, at the dealer that inspected it for me. Tip for anyone in the Buffalo area, the service advisor Tyler at West Herr was very helpful and his master tech Brian owns a TL himself and knows what he's talking about. They did a detail-oriented inspection before I went up to buy it.
Thanks again, everyone!
