SE T616, How do I?
I successfully paired my 616 with the car but how do I get the names and numbers in the 616 phone book over to the car? Is there a way to do this without manually re-entering the names/numbers into the car? Please help.

I thought the car could dial numbers from the phone's phonebook?
also:
1. does incoming callerid show on the car someplace?
2. can you pair with more than one phone? (ie: two drivers, each has his own phone)

1. Yes, the caller ID shows in the MID display in the guage cluster.
2. Yes, you can pair with more than one phone - this is why you need to name your phone when you pair it.
You can't dial numbers from the phonebook using the voice commands.
However you CAN dial using the phone and then press the PHONE button on the steering wheel and say TRANSFER.

You can store names and phone numbers in the CAR's memory.
This is an entirely seperate memory to the PHONE's memory.
You cannot use the car to dial numbers stored in the phone memory.
You cannot use the phone to dial numbers stored in the car memory.
But you can put the same name and number in both memory locations so that this is not a problem for you.
Also, once the car's memory is programmed with a number, it will work with any phone that's paired with the car.
The biggest problem with programming the car's memory is that the voice recognition for numbers is not that great, so sometimes you have to repeat a number several times to get it rigth.

As to the voice recognition, just keep the engine, and AC off, then program the cars memory. It works much better that way.

It sucks that you can't transfer phone book from the phone. Since they have to accomodate all bluetooth phone, I guess I understand their short coming.
However, I noticed even if you store numbers into the car phone book vocally, it still does not ID the caller, just a number. I wish it would've said, "You have an incomming call from " .... vocally stored name. That would've been nice.

I also have SE T616, and also had SE T68i. It seems as though, it had better compatibility with the T68i. When I start the car, sometimes, my MID gets stuck in the phone mode. I have to press cancel to get out of it. Anyone with T616 had similar problem?
