Scuff Marks

Anyone know how to remove black scuff marks from the interior of a car w/o causing any damage?

it depends where they are, if they are on the plastic portions, first try a solution of woolite and water, 1 part woolite to 5 parts water. This will clean up the plastic. If it's on the leather, use a 1:6 ratio, so that it is more diluted. Follow up with some 303 aerospace protectant.

If it's really stubborn AND depending where it is, Mr. Clean Magic Eraser might do the trick.

uuuuh scuff marks on the plastic cannot be removed unless u go to an upholstery shop n have it fixed.....if they even fix them....if they are just light scuff marks and they look like rubbers been left behind from a sneaker a damp rag and some kinda conditioner Im sure would remove it.

spray some WD-40 on a paper towel, ...quick and easy , then when the stain is just gone just go over with a damp cloth!

Since we are on the topic, my question is dealing with paint though...

After a few car washes, I have a few what looks like sap or tar marks on the roof and side skirts, I don't know, looks like embedded dirt.

When I try to remove it with a wet towel, it doesn't really budge....with compound it goes off easily, but I remember, once in the car wash a guy wet a towel into some liquid, and with one swipe took everything off....what's the liquid? I have same marks on the driver side door, behind the handle.

I ended up using a simple soft white eraser and it worked like a charm!

I had this problem as well and I used my claybar to remove it. It worked well with no damage to the car!

You can fix this by using a hair-drier that gets really hot or a lighter, basically you melt the plastic slightly and fill in the hole. Don't try tis if you have no expierence with fixing this type of stuff. Also 303 helps hide them for a bit.
