So I took my car to Tischer Acura to have a steering wheel installed. When I picked my car up, it was parked. I go to get in and I noticed a inch and half scratched all the way thru the paint. Now I'm pissed! I go back inside and they tell me they can take my car to a body shop and they possibly will have to paint the whole door, but I won't notice a thing. I don't trust that nor do I want to leave my car with these azz holes either. I put some touch up paint on it, but I will definitely notice that. What should I do? If I drop my car off on monday, they say I will have it back by thursday, but I don't want my whole door painted for fear that they'll f--- it up! Or should I live with the touch up paint?

 

accept their offer, as you won't get anywhere if you don't get it fixed. If you did call acura client care, they would say sorry and tell you that the dealers is going to get the door painted for you. I would take the offfer of repainting the door, getting an acura rental during the days it is in the shop and free oil changes for awhile.

Sorry to hear that. I actually bought my car from Tischer. It's funny b/c I've never really been back there since. I've been going to Pohanka Acura.
