I love the Inspyres but always wished it had a lip. I hope all of your new wheels will work with TPMS.

I think this is a great idea. Deep dish Inspyre Type II in Raven Black

Yeah, that seems to be the most popular already, I just have to make sure the whole finish and design stays true to the concept. Now the problem is to decide if the lip should be Huge with no BBK clearance, or have BBK Clearance with a smaller lip, hmmm...

As much as I want a BBK, I more than likely will never get one. I'm sure I can get standard sized break kits that work good. I would prefer the larger lip! Happy decision making

i voted for 18" devotion. I like the wheels but too pricey...but i guess thats what makes them exclusive. im staying away from 19"s right now

not many people have BBK or planning to get one, i guess you should make 2 options for that matter.

RL comes Stock with BBK, and the 6 speed version of the TL from 2004-07 does too. But I might be making two versions of the Inspyre Type II, one with a shallow lip for BBK and one with a sick deep lip for the regular brakes. We'll see since I only have funds in the budget that allow for one mold. might start with the big lip and mid-year introduce the BBK clearance one.

Yeah, have you ever thought about doing a cool grille for the TL? Kinda like the Mugen one for the TSX...but less....ricey?

bumper and grille are one piece, reqires cutting. Gonna have to be an overlay without the deep grille efect.

Check this out, Last minute entry, might steal the race. Its the Cast version of the Devotion, Raven Black with a diamond cut lip and face:

Oh man, that shit is HOT FIRE :angryfire

I went to your website, and all the prices were listed except for the lip kit. Soo, do you know how much that is going to be or an estimate of how much it is going to be? Also, how much modifying will need to be done in order to fit it on the 04-06 TL's I really want to get that lip kit

I don't like the Inspyres at all. My vote would be for more options of the Devotions.

Ron, The raven black Inspyre's are sick. They would look so tight on my WDP, especially if they were 20s. I still have the stock 17s but I've already decided that as soon as the stock Michellins wear out, as long as I'm replacing the tires I might as well get new wheels too and I'll definitely be going for Inspyre.

the inspyre type II w/ raven black machined looks stunning.. to be honest im not a fan of the previous inspyre.. but once i looked at the new inspyres, the one w/ lip and the ravens one, those are totally new ideas, new wheel designs..

and the idea of that blacked out devotion makes it looks cheap.. just my

Same here, if it was priced lower, i'd be all over it, but 550 was too much for me per rim for the forged devotions. BTW, what would be the weight of the Rims if they were cast compared to forged?

I say expand on Devotions... I have them =) BUT PLEEEASE RON, make a dipdish or some 20's with some lip that'll fit on us 6mt guys, PLEAAASE. I love my Devotions, but want some lip .. hehe I also realize that it's kinda tough to get a lip and clear those Brembo's but if anyone can do it you can!

i know this is off topic a bit, but make me a set of those in hyper silver, or something, 17x8 with a +50 or more offset, and under 15 lbs, i'd buy 5 of them on the spot.

Thats the hard part, its either have a small lip with BBK clearance, or have a huge lip with no BBK clearance. Can't have both. The difference between the two is 0.25" caliper clearance on the regular brakes and 2" caliper clearnce on the brembo equipped vehicles. Its too much. Thats why I like wheels with No lip, they look bigger and pull off BBK clearance.

Basically your asking for a Forged wheel, and we are plannign something like that very soon, but just not this season.

cool, but obviously it needs to be tuner oriented, wide wheel, bbk clearance, lightweight, this is what im dying for, not many tuner wheels come in 8" wide with a 50+ or higher offset

Wow, $550 per rim? Hmm...I was hoping to spend about 2500 all the way around for some new rims and tires before the summer hits next year! How much are the black-accented Devotions going for anyways Ron?

heres my idea, you can make the rims look staggered without actually having them wider. you could do this by making rims with bbk clearance for the front wheels while making rims with a big lip for the back wheels.

and what about more rivets?

Thats what we had on the Devotions, 19" x 8.5" with 1.5" lip & BBK clearance and 40mm offset, and 20" x 8.5" without BBK clearance and a 2.5" deep lip 40mm ofset.

So now we have this wheel, the Inspyre in 20" x 8.5" and a 40mm offset, and the Raven black Inspyre to match in 19". Cost too much at this point to make a second mold for the same wheel. maybe later if the wheel is very successful. I think this may be the solution to my decision, even tho the Devotion II would be a great wheel, the Inspyre Type II allows the owner to use the 19" up front for a staggered look with a BBK clearance.

Front with no lip and BBK:

and rear with 3-4" lip and no BBK:

That was the old price for the "FORGED" Devotion-1pF which are no longer available. So we planned to eventually come out with a Cast version that would cost between $250-$275 each instead of $550 for the forged.

I'm with ya on the stagger , but not with the rivets. I'm looking to buy new 20's, but it's hard to find ones w/o the rivets. Too busy for me w/ rivets...I lean to a more simple, clean look

I'm with you there, We don't like to fake it here, rivets are for Multipiece wheels. and the good thing is that even if you have an Auto, you cn go with the Deep lip front and rear. Why go with a shallow lip up front when you can have a deep lip front and back.

Although I love the wheels and the kit, I already have the 1pf Devotions and the original RJ body kit, but I'd LOVE the black grille for the 04-06.

How much modifying would I need to do to fit the Type-s lip kit on my 05 TL?

Have you done a cad model for the legend rims with a machined lip on them? I like the design and color of the legend a lot but I was looking for rims with the lip on them. The legend with a lip would be perfect in my opinion.

Question: will that new lip kit (for an 07 right?) will the side skirts and the back fit on an 06? Maybe I can just use a regular A-spec front for the 06? or would that look weird?
