I like both, but original is slightly cleaner.

upon second look. keep the original. The subtle curve looks better than the bridge.

Ok, so I test fitted the prototypes and all cleared out well. Just minor cosmetic adjustmentsd that can barely be noticed, but still true to the original design.

I had to edit the pic since there was no tire and the car was on a lift. This is of the 20".

i think should add the line through the bolts like the original design. it gave the wheels another difference to separate it from the same wheel designs from HRE and iForged.

Yeah, that was one of the small adjustments. Also made the webbing section between the spokes more 3D or slanted. Pretty much it, everything else is nice and clean. Now to have fun working with the finishes. I'm really feeling the matte silver with Matte clearcoat and a chrome lip, they compliment eachother so well. And also looking at a Liquid graphite with a diamond cut face and chrome lip, now that would be a nice mixture of surfaces.

sorry, its a 3 stage paint, so best bet would be to match it the best you can with some automotive paint that matches best you can tell.

Question:

Are you planning on making some kind of hood? The hood in the pic is white... (along with the side skirt)

soon my friend, we were having trouble maki8ng the spokes clear the brake calipers on the 6 speed and type S without passing the lip. So we had to modify the profile a bit, and take a risk with testing. Hopefully it will pass and go right into production. Should be 2 months from now. Sorry for the delay, but these will be well worth it.

Forgot to mention, preorders get free shipping and free lug nuts. That can be up to a $150 value to California.

Talking thank you

I was just going to ask you about the wheel. I was surfing your website for it, but I didn't see it, so I came here and you are posting about it. Great!!!

I love the wheel, actually I felt in love with it, back when it came out long time ago. I'm glad you are bringing it back. I hope it will only bit a small change if any for the 2009 TL, of course I'm hoping it comes with SH-AWD.

What is the possibility of making a mirror lip instead of chrome ? also maybe Liquid Silver Face? like the legend type II.

Well you always seem to have good taste, so I trust your judgment. Thanks again for bringing them back. Great price for a true 3-Piece wheels, how did you pull that off??

Thanks,
Julio

Hey, cool, my car's back up on the RJ site! The second picture brings back some memories, though...my bushes are sooooo small and the neighbors wife was still his wife (her car's in the background).

Ok, got the wheels today, I must say, very impressive quality and style. I actually cursed out loud when i opened the boxes sent to me from my factory, I was in total Amazement...

On a side note, these will be in what I like to call, low rate production, we will only be making these in small quantities, but still, continuously. We found a supplier that can meet opur demand for quality at lower volumes. The first order which is scheduled to be here in about 2 months, is halfway sold out, but we will be bringing them in every 2 months. Any questions, feel free to ask, and I have to say, pics don't do these wheels justice, they are even more amazing in person.
Pricing and info will be shown here, and custom powdercoat finishing is available even tho i feel liek this finish has the most amazing visual impact.

Behold!!

Boy- not feeling those at all! Too much activity, with the different finishes and the screw heads definately take away from the wheel. But that is just my . I'm sure you will sell them out.

I like them...very cutting-edge with the mix of finishes. They'll look unbelievable on an AM or NBP.

That was actually the idea, alot of different surfaces, to resemble a watch face lending to a more luxurious, expensive style. In this case, the screw heads (rivets) are actually required and functional, not just placed in for style. With a true 3-piece wheel, they hold the whole wheel together.

They are 3 piece wheels, like HRE, or GFG, but alot less expensive. The other brands 20" wheel can be upwards of $1000 per wheel, but ours is $690 and $790. You have to consider the construction and materials of these wheels to understand.
