So 19" black with the Mirror lip? We'll add those to the line of finishes, we need at least one wheel like that anyway.

Don't worry, there will be three finishes when they debut:

1.) Liquid Silver face with a Mirror Lip
2.) Black Pearl face with a Mirror Lip
3.) Gun Metal with a Mirror Face and lip (as shown above)

yes, if you go to our website and check the specs, there is a 52mm offset spec wheel for the 2nd Gen TL and CL, the accord and TSX.

We just got the 19" sample in, so I'm waiting for the 20" sample to arrive from the NOPI show and then I'll shoot them together. The quality of this wheel (Devotion Type III) is far superior to any wheel I have ever seen in person so far.

style is a little different, but not noticeable unless I point them out, even an enthusiast woulnd't see a difference. Quality wise, I think these will be more quality driven, since they are buitl on an assembly line, they will be very consistently built, much less smaller defects and higher quality finishes. Before they were built one by one by hand.

Here are some pics of the 19" x 8.5" with a composit wood face (sample prototype). Notice the decent sized lip, even tho it has BBK clearance. The lip is raw aluminum, not even polished, finished wheels coming soon, and another shoot with the 3.5" lip on the 20" version.

Rondog,
Is it safe to assume that these wheels (Devotion Type III) can be disassembled, customized (for color/finish), and then reassembled safely? Will customers have any of these options directly from you?

Weight will not be 1 lb per inch, only the Monoblock Devotion-1pF was able to pull that off. The rivet bolts used to hold the wheel together adds a bit of weight, but it should still be fairly light weight relative to the OEM wheels.

As for the offset, with a 245 tire, the room under the wheel well will be a little tighter than normal. Maybe a 38mm offset will be used, but for now, I have to receive the wheel and test fit it as I alwasy do with the prototypes.
Staggered 20? to clear thge BBK??? please! do it!

Yes, we will be having a customized option for those who want completely original fin ishes, almost anything you can imagine, two tone faces and powder coated lips, the sky is the limit and cost will be quoted based on the actual request.

This thread is like internet porn. I keep coming back to it just to take a look.

I dont know if there is a more perfect sets of wheels for the acura TL in terms of styling. Not too much, not too little, sporty, yet classy.

I agree...I miss mine so much...what's worse is I have to see them every time I pull into the garage (I need new tires, but I have other priorities at the moment, so they sit there ). I've actually toyed with the idea of selling them, but I just can't bring myself to do it...nothing else out there strikes me like these do.

lol, you guys. I just sent an email to my factory, back to the oriiginal. thanks.

Legend GT currently is only in 18" to keep the sporty nature of the wheel. Besides, such a dark non-contrast wheel will be hard to notice the extra inch in diameter.
