Rocks in Door sills, how to clean?

Just curious, how do you guys clean your door sills? Seems like a lot of small rocks get stuck in between the little gap. I don't suppose the black frame part is removable? That would definitely get the rocks out.

A toothbrush or a stiff bristled paint brush is what I use, if I think it's what you are talking about.

ShopVac for the win. You can also used a small soft paint brush or a rubber detailing tool.

The title is a little misleading, as I thought you wanted to clean the rocks.......

The black frame can be separated from the aluminum part. After you take it off of the car and flip it over there are tabs that you can pry up with a screwdriver and then take the two pieces apart. I did it this way because, just like you, the little pebbles and stuff really annoy me

Praise the lord, I am not alone! I was thinking of turning my compressor on and the blow gun, but the paintbrush idea will probably require less vacuuming afterwards.

^best post! thanks, it'd be much cleaner if I could remove the black frame. when I do work on my car I do it right and perfect.
