I find this hard to believe that in several different forums,people took chase after you for you blowing your horn. I can be a hot head when driving,not so much anymore tnx to having chidren to think about. But dude seriously,the people i have chased down in my lifetime deserved it due to almost killing me with there cars But someone honking at me would not drive me to take pursuit unless your leaving some info out of your story

 

Dont f w people on the roads... unless you've really got something to prove to the other driver. If not, f him and call it a day.

I can assure you though that no cop would want to be bothered with such a retarded situation, "He ran a stop sign! I beeped my horn! He tailgated me then threw a water bottle!" Ohh please. The police have more important things to do then to investigate such childish BS. No cop is going to believe either side & write up a report which is favorable to one person, it will be a report based on statements, one against the other. Want to file a complaint? for as many encounters the OP has had, man id let it all go. Your only going to see them on the road, just pull into a gas station get some gas or munchies. It only ends badly whether yourself or the other guy retaliates(SP). For example: when he threw the bottle at your car, say you proceeded to walk towards him, pull him out of his car and beat his ass. I pull up seeing you beat his ass, call the cops tell them everything i saw. You become the criminal he becomes the victim. Not worth it if you ask me.

 

We all did stupid shit when we were younger, lord knows I did plenty. Thankfully most of my learning came from others telling me what I was doing was retarded or through other’s experiences and not too many major failures of my own. Road rage claimed the life of a friend of mine when I was in high school and every time since then I always think of her when someone irritates me in traffic. It’s not worth it, and when someone irritates me now, I just slow down or let them go by me, I’m not going to let a 5 second meaningless event alter my life.

I’m not bashing the OP just to do it. I hope the OP sees the replies in this thread and thinks twice before engaging in road rage or ridiculous driving acts that could endanger his or other’s lives. I’ve said my fill on this thread.

 

Just wanted to tell you about today. WOW at all the responses. Let me tell you guys something.

I am not a perfect driver at all. I am not saying I am. Actually I never said I was. I do stupid things in my car sometimes and then think back and say "Why did I do that?". I don't think "low" of people with a "lower" car then me because I am very lucky to be driving such cars at my age. I understand that and I respect that. I never show off what I have. I am not the Italian "NJ" guido that wears sun glasses and pants pulled low or anything.

I never try to anger people on the road. I have been involved in some situations like people have pointed out (C300 road rage, and the minivan driver). But honestly the only road rage incident where you could say I was at fault was the C300. The minivan incident was just as bizarre as this one. That is WHY I got a camera installed in case something like this happens again. And look 2 weeks later it did.

This morning I met this guy once and in the afternoon I met him again. In the morning this guy veered into my lane again and started honking at me so I honked back. In the afternoon he stuck his middle finger out and was honking but I did not see him in advance because cars were in front of him.

If he does this again I will report him to the police. I just got a better mount for my cameras. 3M tape. Just had my windshield replaced today. I will mount front and rear and show you guys what this guy is trying to do.

I started recording late in the original video that is why you do not see him running the stop sign.

As I am saying I am not a perfect driver. I do some stupid things but nothing to the point where I follow someone or honk at them and rage on them. If you guys watch the beginning of the video I am stopped behind the pilot at the stop light and if this was a past issue he would have surely gotten out of his car or done something at the light.

If he had not done anything today I would not have cared. But why are you trying to play chicken again? YOU HAVE A KID IN YOUR CAR? All I want to do is get to school and get home safely, I am not out looking for trouble nor do I want to cause any problems with anyone.

And yes I posted this on the E90 forums this happened in my Tl. I visit E90 frequently as we have a E90 in the family. I really like the communities of both forums. Very nice friendly people. I appreciate the advice.

And to the people that are just posting rude comments. Understand you were all young and did some things but no need to say anything about me. And my username has a unique story if anyone wants to hear it PM me and I will be glad to tell you .

Something similar happened to me a few weeks ago. Was coming back from a party with my gf from downtown and was heading to meet up with my boys. SUV full of guys pulled up next to me and started staring at my girl. Needless to say I wasnt too pleased. Moron then swerves his piece of shit Kia into my SL550. I ended up swerving into oncoming traffic to avoid getting hit. I followed the guy and my friends were a block away. Made a phone call and in 5 mins 5 cars were chasing this fool. The guy pulled over and we scared him shitless.

 

No need to make fun of the Jersey Shore either, besides those douches from that show, it is actually quite lovely (just not Seaside Heights)
