let it go dude. Not worth it---you never know who your dealing with and if you hit someone with a bat it could come back to haunt you. If you want to get physical invite him down to the local boxing gym. That way you can legally punch the crap outta him.

i would just let it go on your end just keep your camera handy incase you run into him again and he acts up then i would take it to the police...

i had a lame incident like 6 months ago on my freeway coming home after work... the freeway was having some construction making 4 lanes dive down into 3 losing the fast lane.... anyways this construction had been going on for months nothing new it always slows down there... anyways i merge over behind some lady in a saturn sky traffic is going like 50mph and no one is brakeing then she slams the breaks on and starts flipping me off... mind you i am at least 2 cars behind but i had to slam my brakes to not hit her... she kept riding her brakes all the way down the grade and flipping me off i was so confused lol... then she slammed her brakes again and this time i had to go in the center median and around her or else i would have rear ended her.... F'n biatch now im mad lol so i got in front of her and slammed my brakes.... she almost hit me at this moment im like ok bad idea so i just get overin the slow lane to let her by and to move on she would not stop flipping me off and honking ... god all i could do is laugh because what the F am i going to do to a girl pull over and hit her lol... oh well people are crazy thats for sure!

Not a good idea.. if a LEO happens to get involved and see that you ONLY have a bat in your trunk, no gloves or balls, guess what's going to happen? It's obvious it's a road rage weapon.

My piece of advice, let it go. You'll encounter idiots on the road all day but at the end of the day you just want to get home to your family, it only takes the wrong guy on the wrong day with a gun.

I hear you on this. There are many stupid drivers out there and I will admit that I am not kind of a person that can take it. I usually honk and if the driver just looks at me like I am stupid, without saying sorry, I usually give them a finger. I had to honk my horn earlier today because this idiot almost popped out in front of me because he was only looking at one side.

I never had anyone chase me though so I couldn't tell you how I would have reacted.

Sometimes you have to be careful not to cross the line because you don't want anything happening to your car and yourself.

Well on that video it looks like your following him and then blow your horn because you didn't like the way he was making a right turn. So thats not proof of anything to the cops.

But the fact you then drive another few miles to the TSP and he follows you to harass you (unless he also takes the TSP) is bizarre.

But you don't get the thrown water bottle on tape so again, useless to the cops.

Hopefully your commute tomorrow goes better. I thought people up in the country were a little friendlier?

you weren't doing 30...when he took off, you took off. If he's mentally unstable, you were asking for trouble hauling ass and staying with him and then crossing a solid double yellow while passing him when he was going to make a right.

You let your ego get the best of you, just stay away from this moron. One day, you'll drive by his car in a ditch upside down and you'll be fine and your life will go on.

well obviously there was something wrong with him since he ran a stop sign already and he was driving a little strangely I think you honking sent him off but I mean he shouldn't have turned around and tailgated you and then throw a bottle at your car, fuck if someone through something at my car I'd probably get out and something bad would have happened to either on of us. so idk what you should do maybe leave him a note telling him he drives like an asshole lmao

Keep this in mind though, from the video seems like you were the one that honked and passed him first (im not saying that you did bro, but to others it seems like it) I would definitely try to record more of that shiz and turn it to the police. Really not worth it to engage in road rage with this kind of retard. Either way good luck with your commuting to school from now on lolz

Yeah, I'm sure it would scare the crap out of the guy but it would probably result in a 911 call, especially in NY. I try to keep myself living in shall-issue concealed carry states, that way I've got the option of legally protecting myself. I've got a little Ruger LCR in my drivers map pocket just in case. I had to deal with a road rage idiot a few months back and it was comforting knowing that in case he tried something stupid I'd have a fighting chance.

I understand getting upset they ran a stop sign & threw a water bottle at you, but quite honestly there's nothing you can do. I see drivers all the time blowing stop signs here in NJ & unless a cop witnesses it well it's perfectly legal, unless they T bone your vehicle then they are at fault. Last year a new driver blew a stop sign & hit my 98' accord, I filed a MV charge against her for "Failure to stop" I went to court 5 times & each time it was postponed by her lawyer, on the 6th time it went to trial. I had photos of the intersection, my car etc & the prosecutor left me hanging, infact he seemed annoyed I brought the charge against her. As it turns out her lawyer, the judge & the prosecutor all played golf together & guess what? NOT GUILTY. I lost. I will NEVER again file a MV charge against anyone. It's a waste of time. You can drive any way you want out there, blow signs, traffic lights, give me the finger & tailgate, I DON'T CARE. My advice? Let it go for sure.

he never mentioned what car he was driving in the bmw post.

i assume he was just venting to multiple forums, as he's apart of that community as well.

Here's another road rage story the OP posted on the beemer forum not even 2 weeks ago. Sounds like these road rage encounters he has are more frequent than most have, I wonder why...

If you read the OP’s other story, it’s eerily similar to the one he posted here. Where some person he is following, “Randomly” decides to engage in road rage with him, while he’s just minding his own business following him... The person is so enraged with the OP; they are willing to follow him to his house and threaten to report him or in the case of this thread throw a bottle at his car… Does it feel like there are a couple prelude pieces of the story we are not hearing?

If the OP were to show his video to police, he likely will be turning himself in. Especially if a person from his previous thread had called in and filed a complaint for road raging against him not even 2 weeks ago. The only thing I see illegal in the OP’s video is him passing the person who ‘engaged’ him in road rage, on double yellow lines and honking at him while doing it.

The OP also admitted to brake checking the person he was engaged with in this thread; he is no mother Teresa by any means. Sounds like he is looking for trouble and is going to find it sooner than later whether it be the law or a personal confrontation.

Guys... this would get you thrown in jail... Bad idea. And that wouldn't be self defense in any form. The OP would go to jail in a heartbeat.

Of course he could deny everything if the cops do approach him, but he would still have a confrontation with the cops.
This. Just file a complaint and tell the cops the route he drives every day if you want to do something about it. Catching him in the crime is your only chance...

Yeah, that'll show him!

Also, OP - If your "do you get road rage" thread is any indication, I find it hard to believe you were a model citizen before any of this transpired.... your best policy is probably avoidance... Drive a different route.

This thread fails. I want my three minutes back from the video....talk about nothingness. Guess you had to be there?

I will share some vids with you of my girlfriend out shoe shopping and it would likely be more eventful than that vid! Lordy!

You guys should see the multiple PMs we exchanged about installing a HID kit in his foglights. I literally could not believe some of the things he was asking, almost to the point of "are you kidding me?". I was nice and helped the dude out, but, after reading this thread and his others, I am left wondering.

He is nearly as bad as the Kingkong_dav douche.

what stop sign did this guy run? The only stop sign I noticed was off to the right for traffic coming from that direction.

Also,.. from one of this other threads
----"starts yelling at me screaming at me for learning how to use my horn. I honked at him again a few more times and drove off fast. I lost him"-------

so not only is this action immature. It sounds like some person loves to instigate.

OP has sent me a PM asking me to join a facebook group he made for TL drivers under the age of 19.

Three sides to every story. OP lose the road rage. One of these days your going to run into someone that will get out of the car and kick your ass.
