RL Valve Cover on TL

I have an oil leak on what appears to be the rear valve cover. My question is will a Genuine OEM Honda Acura 12320-RJA-000 Rear Valve Cover 2005-2008 RL 3.5L V6 fit on my 2007 Acura TL Type S 5AT pair to the factory front Valve cover that came with my TL? If this is an obvious answer then my bad, I’m a nood when it comes to being a mechanic lol

To beat the OEM price below for your 07 TL-S, try searching ebay, or better yet, find a salvage yard 07-08 TL-S at a local pick & pay and harvest them yourself for a substantial savings?

The leak you mention may be from failing valve cover gaskets versus the valve cover itself?

05-08 RL is a j35a8
TLS is also a j35a8
front and rear covers are not the same.

I’ll do just that and hope I find one around me. I replaced the valve cover gaskets back in October of 2024 so there’s no way it went bad already and yes it was done correctly lol.

I don't doubt your thoroughness, lol; however, I have always found the rear VCG to be challenging (due to limited space to work / prolonged awkward bending of the back ) on my CL-S6 and have accidentally found it inadvertently 'rolled' or 'pinched'. It might pay you $$$ dividends to do a quick revisit, no?
Any recourse you opt for, good luck.

I would spend a little time confirming the leak and finding its source before you throw more parts at it.
