Reputable Dealer Mechanics?

I don't have a Ferrari in
Oy you guys probably overpaid for them too. Thomas gave me such a hard time, pretending they didnt know of any problems and told me that rattles didnt exist. I got mine from Acura of Pasadena (maybe a little far from Riverside) and they were awesome people. They threw in so much crap (good crap) and didnt raise my price a cent. Their service has been excellent so far. I went in for an oil change and the car is driving fine. I also got LS-Zs from them. At least Pasadena recognized the rattles and even though they told me it was case by case, they will help case by case.
So as far as the service goes
1. No interior scratches
2. Used Mobil 1 (I was watching)
3. Friendly people
4. Knowledgable people

as far as the rattles go I had them fixed by Thomas Acura/Covina they did the best in trying to understand the annoying rattles and had them fixed. also fixed the driver side regulator for the window they said the loud rattle from the door was the regulator being bent. also fixed the sagging head liner on the third brake light, no hastles no questions asked just fixed. no complaints from me. plus they were very friendly (Lysa to be exact) I might try Pasadena if you say it is good, it would be a lot closer to me than Covina.
thanks

I too had a positive experience at Thomas. They gave me a fair price for my trade-in. Their parts prices are a little too high in my opionion, but overall a positive experience. They took good care of my car so far. I did hear someone else speak positvely about Acura of Pasadena. I may check them out too, even though it is farther, as you are near old town, right?
As far as prices goes, I could not find a dealer here that would haggle less than $500, with the exception of Acura of the Desert and Metro Acura. Only problem was Acura of the Desert had a wait time of 2+ months for my color. They were quoting me fleet prices of $34,120.
Metro was about $200 higher for their Costco pricing; however, that plan magically stopped the day my car came in. Man, what are the chances. I took my business elsewhere. If you are willing to wait or want a different color, Acura of the Desert in Palm Springs may be worth a look. I think their fleet guys are named Dan & Dale.
