Replacement Bulbs

To start, I've used the search tool and have not found what I am looking for so please respond only if you can help me with what I need to know, not to hate on me.

I am looking to replace many of the exterior lights on my 08 Type-S and I need definitive sizes/types (9005, H8..etc) of bulbs required. I want to upgrade with 6000k HID, and LED DRL, License Plate, and Reverse Bulbs. Also, I have looked in the owner's manual but I don't trust it completely because when I used it for my fog lights, it said I needed an HB4 bulb when really I needed H8.
SO...
The easiest way to help me would be to just to fill in the blanks -

HID Headlights (so I still have high+low beams) - ?
DRL - ?
License Plate - ?
Reverse - ?

Any help is greatly appreciated, Thanks!

I'm also new at this and it took me awhile doing search and search and it was really time consuming...I ordered my led lights from www.superbrightleds.com hopefully this will help you out somewhat. You also can choose what color you prefer...can't help you on the others but this is what I ordered for my license plate along with some interior.

Dome - WLED 4-LED bulb
Vanity - WLED 4-LED bulb
Courtesy - WLED 4-LED bulb
Doors - T13 Wedge Base LED bulb
Trunk - 921-x12 Wedge Base LED bulb
License Plate - 921-x9 Wedge Base LED bulb
Reverse - 921-x12 Wedge Base LED bulb

that's the only thing inaccurate about that site. you dont have separate low beam and high beam bulbs. its all in one (bi-xenon). a shutter moves out of the way when you flash your high beams.

Obviously, you did not look in the 3G Garage. The first place everyone should look before starting a thread.

You just need 1 pair of 6000k D2S HID bulbs. TLs use the same D2S bulb for low and high beam output.

For LED DRLs you will need a wiring harness and 9005 LED bulbs. Both can be found at v-leds.com, see links below. Without the wiring harness, your DRL LEDs will not work properly due to the inherent low voltage draw design of Acura's DRLs. License plate and reverse lights can be found at v-leds as well. Hope that helps!

No, you don't need seperate bulbs. If you have Daytime Running Lights (which are on by default on 07-08 TLS-S's), you can upgrade that bulb, but it does nothing for night driving. The Xenon bulbs can be upgraded to 85122+ bulbs, which are slightly better than stock. Your high and low beams still work on the same bulb. It's not like the old days when high beams turned on a second set of headlights, at least not for our rides. Our high beams and low beams run on the same Xenon bulb.

If you want upgrades, do a search for 85122+ as well as ZKW lenses. ZKW-R (replicas) are more cost effective.
