Are you considering doing your own suspension work? Just wondering - I'm considering the same...

this forum auto edited my link, goto h o n d a c u r a w o r l d . com (without the spaces, it's the only way to post w/o the auto edit kicking in) click on instructions on the top right & select 04 sport suspension, see step 17

Thanks for the link and info. Just took out my seat to let it dry out after leaving my rear window open all night during a rainstorm . Bolt is ten mm and located about three inches closer to passenger door than passanger center LATCH point.

I tried to put the link here but it won't take and I am running out of editing time so I will just delete this input. I will try again later if I can work it out.

Trying again. Go here and click on '04 sports suspension
Put "https://" in front of the link and paste it to your browser.
I don't know why but this site just won't take the link in hyperlink format.
hond.hostasaurus.com/Merchant2/instructions/tl/

IT STILL WON'T WORK. I GIVE UP.

Seat is easy to take out. Remove bolt, pull clip releases and thats it. See if this works: type in h o n d a c u r a w o r l d . com without the spaces followed by /Merchant2/instructions/tl/2004sportsuspension.pdf

It's really not THAT easy. There's 6 bolts (if I remember correctly) that you need to undo. Two are underneath the headrests, so you have to take those off, reach through the hole, and find the bolts. Take your socket wrench and undo those. All bolts are 10mm.

Then there are two clips underneath the right and left passenger seats. If you're facing the seats (like if you're sitting on the middle console) you should pull those clips towards you. That'll release the catch and you can then remove the bench.

Then you should be able to remove the back seat fairly easily. Take care not to scratch the paint by the door well (those little metal hooks can scratch pretty easily).
