Hey guys I have a 2007 TLS and I want to get a remote start for the car without messing with the key fob. Is this possible?, the car is automatic and I just don't want to give up the key fob to do this to the car. Can anyone help me with this and if it is possible what are so good brands for the remote starters?

I have it for my Type-S installed by the dealer. They made it to use the same fob, using the Lock-Unlock-Lock sequence. There are drawbacks to this. You can only use the key to unlock your doors after you remote start. If you mess up the sequence, say Lock-Lock, it will start the car and the built in immboilizer alarm will trigger. I think the brand I have is Model 561R, which costs about 70 bucks outside.
