Can anyone tell me if it is possible to clear the remotes I currently have. I would like to reprogram remot number 2 to show up as drive 1. My drive 1 remote is busted and I would like to car to still recognize driver 1. I have see it does not matter what the number on the reote says, only what order they are programed in. I will also need instructions on how to reprogram. Thanks

 

It wont work that way, there is a sticker on the back of the remote specifying which driver
the car recognizes the holder of the remote as, there is no way to change a remote from driver 2 to driver 1.

Best Option, go on ebay and buy a remote ($25 MAX).

 

I was reading the remotes on ebay and that is where I came up with the idea. One of the adds said that it did not matter what remote # they sent you it only mattered which one was programmed first. Any idea how to deprogram.
