Recommended ATF from fellow AZiners

Hey guys, Im going to be doing a complete fluid change (3x3) this weekend on my 07 Type-S and I am wondering what type or brand of ATF is best. Also looking for a good filter. I understand there are a few different choices for ATF fluid and filters so I guess Im looking for a few opinions. I want something with the best performance. I drive pretty rough (mostly in sport mode) as in hard acceleration and engine braking (minimally along with applying brakes) when stopping. Also I was wondering what the part #s are for the 3rd and 4th gear solenoids/sensors as I want to replace those as well. Im hoping this will solve the lag when I switch gears. Any info would be helpful. Thanks.

Generally a 3x3 with Redline Racing ATF Type F fluid is considered some of the best. I'm currently on my first change of it. inaccurate has a post floating around recommending on the 3rd change of a 3x3 2 quarts of the Redline Type F and 1 quart of Redline D4 or you may run into issues with flaring due to the lack of friction modifiers.

I'm going to be doing that most likely.

As for a tranny filter. They cannot be changed on 07-08 trans as there built into the tranny
