Just wanted to know what the officially call a certain component??

It is the unit that houses the brake light blub(s), it is some sort of an electrical panel, and it is not cheap.

Are there any mechanical blow-up illustrations thats show the the whole tail light unit and this piece with number too???

The LED boards? No they aren't too cheap. Retail for $142 each, order them here for $107. I've ordered parts from them and they're great.
