Rear footwell lighting continously falling

Hey guys, need some advice. I currently have the footwell setup in my car with the blue led strips. The front seem to be fine, but the rear ones are always falling. I've used 3M automotive tape again and again to hold it up, but it keeps falling when it heats up. Has this happened to any1? If so, what do you guys use to hold it up?
