Thumbs up rear break calipers on 6MT TL

Today after almost a month of owning 2006 TL 6MT I have noticed that rear break calipers are actually black (or very dark color) versus my 2004 TL 6MT which was just plain metal (silver) color just like regular 5AT TL. Am I the only one with dark (black) rear calipers on 2006 6MT?

On my '05, they are dark colored with a greenish tinge.

Until they are like this on the 6MT (or S) this then Acura ain't doing it right yet. Or better yet at least a 2 piston design, in black, to compliment the 4 pistons up front.

This looks a lot better in real. They still look like "the little calipers that could" next to the fronts

Same I feel like the fronts belong on a Porsche and the rears were hand crafted by a goat

looks really good! They should come like that from the factory. it just looks goofy with the nice calipers up front and then the plain ones in the back

I did that too... Thanks Adobeman.

Anyone recomend a good powdercoater? I'm gonna buy a set of lightly used calipers and have them properly powdercoted to match the fronts.
