Rear brake replacement

It's time to get my rear brake pads replaced and Acura told me it would be $330 (pads and turning the rotor) while Dobbs quoted $149. I know the front brakes are the larger Brembos but what about the rear brakes? I asked the service tech at Acura why such a big difference in cost and is there a reason to pay over twice as much as I would pay to get them done at Dobbs but he couldn't give me a good answer. Advice?? Thanks!

A good set of pads for the rear (duralast c-max) are about $60. Extremely unlikely the rotors need to be turned.......extremely unlikely. So you're talking 30min of labor and $60 in parts. $149 makes sense. $330 is about $300 in labor for the dealer for 30 min worth of work.

Sounds like a DIY project, $60 in pads, $8 for a 6 pack, and the pricless feeling of knowing you dont need the stealership or their highway robbery prices.
