Question Rear Brake?

So I own a 2004 Acura TL recently did the brakes with new rotors (EBC slotted) and brake pads maybe like 7-8 months ago but lately when I'm driving (happen 3 times so far in about 3 months) the drivers side rear caliper has been seizing / locking up and overheating.

Do you think I need a new caliper or… I have no idea… any thoughts would help.

Thanks.

if its locking up then I would definitely inspect it. Who did the brake pad install? if you don't spin the piston in rather then pushing them in, it could cause problems. did you clean and re grease the caliper or guide pins?

Either A. check what i told you earlier, B rebuild the caliper, C buy a new one.
