I've noticed that the seat belt assembly on the passenger side rattles on bumpy roads when it is in the highest position.

So, I lowered it all the way down to see what happens. At the lowest position, it does not move as much and the rattle is gone.

I just wanted to share info just in case you have the same rattle.

Thanks Novice.

I have so many little weird noises in my car that I will most definitely try that.

FWIW - I have 700 miles on my WDP AT NAV and it's 10 days old.

Exactly the same noise and solution.

Novice,

When you put it into the highest position, you hear the rattle?

There is another case we ever discussed. I was wondering if they're relevant. That buckle is another factor to make scratch against B-pillar and make noise. The solution is always to place seat-belt buckle on its top position.

The rectangle area is where should place the buckle.

If you move the seatbelt base to its highest position again, will this fix the rattle you've mentioned about? Thanks for your feedback.

Thanks, rets. I started doing that (raising the buckle all the way up when I get out of the car) for about a month now. Now, I do that all the time without thinking. I also keep the buckle at the same position in the passenger side.

I think these two issues are not related, but I could be wrong. All I know is that this particular rattle is gone!
