Ready to go HID on the fogs
Im done with the crappy replacement bulbs. Has anyone used these or know about them? It says plug n play, 150 for both. Or is there any other wiring i have to do. Comments would be appreciated. It says h8 so i think it'll fit.

I thought the plastic from our lenses couldn't withstand hid lights in the fog :/

I'm running 6000K in my lower fogs with no problems. There is a sheild inside the light so I assume that will help with the heat at least towards the lens. Also any kit you get is plug and play up until you have to connect it to the factory harness. Mine (type s) the harness is a male connector. What I did was put the metal connectors that are on the hid harness into the factory harness and taped it up securely. Also cause I didn't want to cut the factory wiring as well in case the car needs to go back to the dealer for something related to that area of the car.
