Get a different one...Most dealers let you return after less than a week...

I dont think any dealer would take a brand new car back without you losing money

I took my Accord back after a few days and got a different trim level. Only extra I paid was for the higher price of the LX. As long as it doesnt have a LOT of miles on it, it's possible. But what a hassle.

WOW, I didn't think dealers let you do this? I would think too much paper work involved.

Nah, my dealer said if I didn't like the TL after purchase, they would take it back within one week and give me my money back or another car! This came straight from the GMs mouth. They were really trying very hard to get me in the 04 TL. They took $1k off MSRP and gave me a sweet trade in deal. I still walked. The jury is still out on which car I will finally go with. My short list is the WRX STi, Toyota Highlander, Honda Accord V6 EX, and Forester XT Turbo. I keep going back and forth among these cars. Each car has its good points. I REALLY wish the TL was AWD..that would make my decision MUCH easier.

They gave you 1k off msrp, and great trade in value and you didn't buy the car!!

People are dying to pay msrp and some even paying markups!

I'm with you, 2004TL...wow what a deal, I wish I'd gotten that! That's OK, though...still worth MSRP.

I had a minor dash rattle earlier in the week that went away. Only appeared on rough roads. Doesn't matter now, it's gone. I definitely didn't have a problem with bass rattling the rear deck.
