I baked all my headlights and other customers' headlights with the ballast in, turn signal bulb in, and headlight bulb in to prevent heat from getting in. Either way, the insides will fog up but I figured leaving all the bulbs and ballast in will prevent it somewhat.

How come your ballast won't come off? It's only 3 phillips screws....

it wont come off cause its connected to the piece that connects to the HID bulb. that piece is to big to fit thru the hole and i cant disconnect it.

ill just bake the whole thing. thanks.

So the connector with the multi prongs (green colored connector I believe..) attached to the underside of the ballast is too big to fit through the hole? I have removed my ballast and ignitor and such with no problem.. remove the white plastic clip (VERY small) that attaches to the projector, and slip it through from inside the headlight to the outside; just feed it through.

the white piece is connected to the bigger plug thing that attaches to the bulb then connected to the ballast via green connector. its soldered onto the connoctor thats to big to fit thru the hole. so im not going to disconnect it.

its all good tho. its baking right now

well i got both of them cleared. i ordered some CF inlays to put in like how JNC was doing them so thats going to be here monday so got to wait until then to finish.

i got alot of crap going on right now with my TL. i shaved the sarona roof spoiler and had it painted so now its just sitting here waiting to be installed. doing slotted and drilled rotors with ceramic pads. mr heel toes method of getting the rotor screws out isnt working out to well so ima buy an impact driver piece tomorrow to finish. new wheels on Wednesday.

You don't need drilled rotors. Slotted would do just fine.

yeah i know but i really like the look of the drilled + slotted vs just slotted. plus my rotors are warped so id rather not have that happen again.
