Just wondering if anyone out there has decided to drop in subs into there 04 TL. I just got a TL as of this past FEB. So far I love my acura, but i think theres a some room for improvment. That 8'' sub just isnt cutting it, i really want to add some bass to my system. But i'm not sure how to go about doing it. I checked out some audio shop around towm, but most of thoses guys dont know how the TL's sound system would react to adding subs because of the 5.1 DVD audio system. Most people suggested like dropping in two titainium Eclipes 10'' and amps. I just want to make sure that the sound quality of system dosent get screwed up. All you TL owners know what quality acura is so you can understand that i dont want just any krap sub/system installed. also i want to put a DVD player in (7'' at least) any suggestions?

 

Do a search. A few of us have added subs. I added an Infinity Basslink cause I wasn't looking for a huge bass sound and the price was right. So far I am very pleased with it. It has a remote knob which controls the gain so I can turn it up or down to suite the music I'm listening to. IMO it complements the ELS very well.
