Questions about a 100K mile refresh

New to the j life. Bought a wrecked 06 manual (99,962 miles) to swap into a 97 Accord wagon. It was very clean no noticeable oil leaks. I'm going to do the timing belt and water pump while it's on the engine stand. I installed RL cams, so I lashed the valves already. Added a 3.7 IM and TB. Anything else I can do while it's easily accessible. I've read about rear main seal issues sometimes?? Also, any other easy upgrades I can perform while I'm in there.

Thanks

Any other easy horsepower to be gained while in in there?

LOL, no. You can do searches through the (literally) hundreds of posts in this forum on the subject. The TL is pretty well sorted, and short of forced induction, it is going to cost you a whole lot for minimal power gains.

Yeah, I thought so. Maybe I'll get into the lower intake runners and gasket match them to the heads and IM. I want to do what I can before I attempt to install the motor.
