Question from all you owners!!

I'm looking at purchasing a used 2008 tl type-s. It has almost 2K miles on it, however I'm not sure if the price they are selling it for is right or to say to good to be true.

they are asking 35K for it. I checked carfax and there was no accident reports on it or anything. THe car was bought new in nov. 2007. It has A-Spec package w/ (4)orginal rims and also (4)18" rims.

Do you think I can lower the price down if i talked with them?

You can get a new one for that price with the 0.9 financing. If you don't go with the special financing, you should be able to get it for around 33k. When you say Aspec package, does that include the 18 rims and the bodykit? I would still get a new one for 35k instead of an USED one.

Yea it includes a body kit + 18" rims. Well I haven't check the pricing at the Acura dealer for 08 but i checked it online and it was totaled out to 41K w/ the specs.

IMHO- not a bad price w/ the kit as long as you like the color combination.

Try and talk them down a little bit- tell them what typesdragon said above and show your not afraid to walk out and just buy a new one from a different dealership. Also show them that you really don't care about the kit and the wheels and that if you traded it in it, those accessories wouldn't matter to the dealer.

Good luck w/ whatever you decide.

Thanks for advice, I will go talk to them and see what they say.
