Question about Transmissions in the 2005 TL's

Has anyone experienced any transmission failures yet in the 2005 TL's? I wanted to know if the transmission was fixed or redesigned internally compared to the 99+ that were having issues.

Does anyone know if the 2005 TL trans will fit on, lets say a 2001 CL?

Welcome to the board. No one has repported a tranny failure in a 2005 yet. I don't know whether the 2005 tranny would fit in a 2G TL/CL. It can't be that different...
