A Question About The Tire Problem

This might have been answered on one of the numerous threads, (too lazy to check ), but in regards to flat spots, is this happening when the car is in a heated garage, or parked on some insulated (rubber?) material? Just wondering because my garage is heated and I`ve got a rubber mat under the car and figured I would probably have the same problem also

From what I've remembered reading, the flat-spotting occurs when the car has sat too long in one place in a cold climate. Some have stated once they get a few miles on the car/tires, the flat-spotting goes away.

Just my $.02 on what I've remembered reading....hope this helps.
