Pulled on a 5AT G35 Coupe last night (post-AEM Intake)
Felt good to be able to actually run w/ one of these ... the AEM is really giving me some nice top end power .. it's VERY impressive. Seems that my power has increased a little since I've had it over the two weeks. I love this thing.

Yeah, I should be more clear:
We are at a red light (nothing be a very straight, flat road ahead of us .. 27 degrees, salty, but dry road).
Green... we both start rolling, I leave it in "L" .. she (it's a girl) punches it and I do the same, almost predicting she was gunna, and we're off. VSA is off, so I felt the wheels slip a little until they locked around 5000rpms .. I pushed it into 7000 .. it autoshifted to 2.. ran it to 80mph. I pulled in 1st gear so that I gained a 1/3 car length (my nose 1/3 ahead of hers), then in 2nd I pulled to 1/2 - 2/3 car length .. then we shut it off at 80mph when I shifted into 3rd. Pretty sweet.
I've been dusted by 5AT G's before, so this was awesome. The AEM really does give you a nice snap off the line compared to OEM intake, and it definitely brings on the hp past 4500 rpms..

^^^UR pulleys will not damage your engine over time as long as they are installed correctly. UR pulleys will only create positive effects no negatives at all. it is a very safe mod. I just got mine installed and it is a big difference!

Nice kill, those G35 coupes are quick.
UD pulleys are okay as long as they are built decently. On stock Camaro/Firebirds they are worth 5-10rwhp and a tenth (car length)... a no brainer for boltons.
Not knowing anything about Acuras, I would find out if the stock crank bolt is torque to yield. If they stretch, then I would not reuse it. I would also find out the factory tq spec and do that. When folks don't do it all the way that can cause problems on Camaro/Firebirds.
