Prolong, Zmax...etc.......

Has any use this in there NEW TL??? I used Prolong before in my JEEP and it work real well save my engine once cuz the oil filter came loose and i was able to drive with no oil until i got to a shop without damaging and engine components. WOULD YOU USE THIS IN YOUR NEW TL??

The folks who formulate oil are way smarter than you or I.
Adding additives not designed for the oil decrease the actual
oil/additive ratio so as oil is what really providing the lubrication you are getting less.

If you are as anal as I am about oil, just get a good synthetic
Amsoil or RedLine are what I would use.

Yeah i am anal about the little things i can do to help my car run smooth and keep it like new. Thanks for the feed back guys except for that YAK comment that is just down right nasty how does one even process that thought in there head??? SOME SICK PEOPLE WO LOVES ANIMALS WAY TO MUCH. The only thing I would even consider is Millitec Lubricant. It has nothing to gum up the works, and it actually increases the surface tension of the metal its applied to . It has a GSA number and is used by the armed forces in desert environments where regular lubricants could gum up with dirt.
