Progress so far on my 07 TL-S auto:

Here is what i have done so for my car, is a 07 TL-S WDP color auto transmission

Came with:
Window tints
Full A-spec body kit

Mods so far:
Painted stock TL-S wheels
CF overlay on hood trim of grill

Shipping in the next week, going to do:
Sidemarker tints for the headlights from Bluebatmobile
Ice blue fog tints from bluebatmobile
Chrome trim for lower grilles

Planned for spring, when weather clears up:
better wheels, possibly volks (if i can afford) or ronjons
drop
AEM CAI

Any suggestions for what other "vital" mods you guys think i should do for now?

A rear sway bar, like a progress one, is going to be the best handling mod you can do. The coilovers are way up there as well but for an amazing bang for the buck drop/performance suspension look at the neuspeed cup kit. For some amazing rotors look at the racingbrake 2-piece.

All this is listed on the heeltoeauto.com site

If you are interested in changing the sound and adding performance, I say find some ATLP Quads used or get the XLR8 Catback...
