Programming switchblade key in DFW?
Programming switchblade key in DFW?
I was trying to find a more appropriate place to ask this question, but I couldn't find a current thread about switchblade keys.
Whats the cheapest place to get my switchblade key programmed in the DFW area? Vandergriff quoted me $108. Can I find it cheaper than that? I was looking for something in the $40-50 range that I've heard others getting.

Maybe attempt a DYI lol?

I'll give David McDavid a call and see what they say. I live in West Fort Worth so I don't exactly want to drive everywhere. I was just checkin to see if anyone else had a good experience somewhere.
Also, about the diy, I don't really want to cut into my old key. I found some diy instructions on just programming the buttons, but I need to program the immobilizer, too.
