Probs resolved in new vins

Are there still problems even in the later vins being produced now. I assume that the memory seat issue is fixed in newer models, but are other thigns such as the vibration issue and trouble starting fixed?

Nope leather is fine and still no rattles. Couldn't be happier. I do treat the leather every couple of months and have the floor mats and trunk tray so the carpets look new even though its the middle of winter.

I took delivery 1 week ago (S/N 29,xxx)

I haven't noticed any significant rattling problems (yet).

I believe I had a tire flatspotting incident a few days ago. I'll probably see it again tomorrow.

Voice recognition in my TL is amazingly accurate. I find that it has 95% or better recognition. Most of the recognition problems that I have seen are my fault - I didn't command the radio with the proper phrasing. (Like mistakenly saying "Select FM 1" instead of saying "Radio Select FM 1" like the manual says I should)

Leather seems to be wrinkled a little bit, but I don't mind it that much. If that's because the seat cushion is more compliant, I'll live with wrinkled leather over the rock-hard seating that I had in my BMW.

Nope - no leather problems or rattles. Although, I have to admit that I am really "babying" this car. I've been putting leather conditioner on once or twice per week, and washing/Zaino-ing the exterior every weekend.

Its the way you say it most likely. I had the same sort of thing happen when I first got the car. Now I have mastered it and very rarely have anything wrong happen. Sometimes its outside noise like if the window is open.

No vibrations.
Did have a pull to the left, but this was corrected
