My blue tooth doesn't seem to be working very well. It sometimes has problems understanding the numbers I say, and the people that I call have problems hearing me. Does anyone know where the mic. is? Maybe there is something obstructing it?

I am having some voice recog. probs too. I have learned that you need to say the numbers fairly quickly. Do not say them slowly, it confuses the computer. The rest of my recog. probs I have attributed to my extremely deep voice.

 

I have had problems with my Nav concerning voice response. I did not recognize me well and there was no response voice at all.

The dealer replaced the entire Nav unit and now everything is fine.
