Praise for a Dealer!
Hi All,
As rare as it is to hear praise for a dealership, I have to let you know about the experience that I had this morning with Keyes in Van Nuys, CA.
I bought my TL there in July and just last week got the indicator from my car that it was time for the first (A1) service (4800 miles on the odometer). Called in from the car, got right through to servie and scheduled the service for this morning. After I arrived, they had me signed in and my car off to service in just a couple of minutes and in just one hour from when I arrived, I left the dealership with my service done and that included a car wash! It was a quick and smooth experience and I couldn't be happier.
Customer service is hard to come by but everyone at Keyes was courteous, helpful and quick. I'm glad to have something good to report. ric
