It does include '07's and some '08's. I think I read that for the '07's and '08's that some or all of the MT's are excluded.
I have an '07 TL-S, 5AT and also have not yet gotten a recall notice (either by mail or on MyAcura).

Looking for new mods
I have an 07 AT. Had the recall and got it done. Call the dealer where you bought, they can run your vin and let you know if it is in the recall batch

according to the service bulletin, it covered all 2007 except m/t....so with my type s auto, i that i purchased new i still havent gotten a letter...i guess i can call the dealer, but i dont want them touching my car....

I have an 06 and had the recall done in October. I popped open the hood today to check on ATF fluid level. In clearing the leaves out of the vent screens near the windshield I notice a 10MM? bolt just sitting there with the leaves. I then look at the power-steering hose clamp (power steering is only thing that has been mucked with by dealer) and see that size bolt holds the clamp on. I guess the mechanic lost the original bolt and replaced with another and I found the original. I think that may have been the source of a strange rattle I was hearing making turns of late?
