Looking forward on during the Luminated Door Sills. Would like them to be on the same line with the Dome Lights.
Where is the best possible location in tapping into the Dome Lights......?
And can you tell me which colored wires (pos & neg) is used for this mod...?

donovan,
I just did this install last week. Firstly I don't reccomend tapping into the dome lights solely.
The directions that I used are here: http://www.sbadesign.com/acurazine/sills/
The transformers are wired to hot all the time and the trigger to turn them on is the grounding of each respective sill's door switch which goes to ground when the door is open. This way each sill only comes on when that particular door is opened.
Since the dome light power side of the circuit is under control a different way, as it dims out etc, it might go thru some sort of module and it's probably best not to power directly from that source. I would need to check my manual to be certain but I think I'm correct here.
Hope this helps!
