New headlights. DRLs where fogs used to be. Fog in lower grills.
I like the old style better with the mesh conversion on the lower grills.

also the type S version has half the amber, and 2 circles instead of one for the headlight

Headlights, mirrors, etc... lets go bigger. How about part numbers for the new Navi system? XM module? Maybe also the numbers for the '06 as well so we could get an idea of the interoperability. Thanks.

should we compile a list of parts and # of people?

also, a price list for interested parts would be nice.

I have an 07 tl-s and the key will not work for the 04-06 I tried an old valet key I had for an 05 and it does not fit in any keyhole, and the 07 key shaft is a tad fatter. The shaft of the key will have to be cut out of the old keys and fingd a way to fit it into the key fod

Seriously... first half of these folks talk shit about Acura being crazy coming out with a 38k+ TL-S, and then are just dying to get bits and pieces of it.

We're just gonna be seeing a lot of bastardized TL-S on this forum if these people do come through...

There's a member on TSX forum who's gonna see if the 07 TL keyfob can be made to work with the prehistoric ones... basically find a way to attach a non-laser-cut type key on the 07 TL fob.

He's famous for making the Accord key work with their TSX keys, so he might come through with this.

Making the key adapt in the key is the easy part. We just need someone who has direct contact with the key give us the frequency it runs on to see if it matches.

It amazes me how much energy and money people are willing to spend for relatively minor upgrades (even the 07 nav upgrades are minor to me). Why not enjoy the car you have? It's a great car, trust me.

Nav Traffic ISN'T exactly minor to those of us who live in places like New York City and Los Angeles.

All you guys that are asking questions need to go back to Post #47 and do what Tim suggested. If someone doesn't want to do this for each different item, then nothing is ever going to happen.

You guys think Tim can do better than this for the side mirrors?

https://acurazine.com/forums/showpos...6&postcount=13

thanks Royce...

quick question, does both 2007 TL-S and TL has side mirror with blinker? or only the TL-S has it... just wondering because the part numbers for the mirrors are all for TL-S

thannks

I've been wondering about this all week. Did anyone read Tim's post? For the reading is fundamental crowd: start a thread for the item you want; Tim will state what the price will be once the thread is in place; when at least four (4) people have signed on to get the item, the GB will run for a week. I would've started one for the side markers myself, but I'm on the fence about dropping $100 right now (other, more important priorities)...figured it was best left to one of these "I'm definitely going to get those" people.
