I am not totally electrically ignorant but I do have some questions. Which wire do you tap into? or do you hit both going to the blinker? Did you disconnect the battery? Also do you need LED's at the back as well to not over power the wires? Thanks for your help.

Ok So I have one side done so far and I wanted to test them. I let the Hazards run for about 15 min and by the end the resistors were so hot I could not hold them. Did I do something wrong? I really don't want any fires. Do most people install them with the zip ties? I got the 4ohm 100w resistors.
